How event information is used

We collect names, Agent Code, contact details, organizational selections, payment details, and uploaded proof to register participants, verify event payments, and prepare event and financial reports.

Access to personal information and payment proofs is limited to authorized administrators. Payment proofs are stored in a private bucket and are not publicly searchable.

Records are retained for up to 36 months by default to support event administration and financial accountability. Longer retention may apply where required by law or organizational policy.

To request access, correction, or deletion, contact the event organizer through the contact details provided in the event announcement. Deletion requests are reviewed against financial and legal retention obligations.
